Changing energy

A lot has been happening for me, all good.

Yesterday the energy was changing all day. It was like I was walking on pebbles or ripples of water.

Our emotions were heightened to say the least.

With our new start its time to set very new boundaries. Its time to cut to the chase and say it as it is as well, no more mincing our words.

Its time to be real and be honest. Unfortunately not everyone is able to do this, so we need to do this for ourselves and what and who comes into our lives.

I know I am being more straight to the point as it is time basically.

Yesterday I spoke to a few people as some were aware of the energy and others weren't.

I feel when planets shift and changes in the world energetically and I say that yesterdays energy is leading up to 2012, it was that strong. Maybe it was because of our election lol.

Peoples shadow sides are coming up, big time, I did say this in an OS a little while ago but now its here in full force. You cannot hide your 'stuff' anymore as its come out and still coming.

Remember we all need to bounce things off others that are like minded as we cannot do it alone, that is my call and it is what I have felt and experienced personally and my opinion. As remember when we get with others energy amplifies and we think, see and feel more clearly.

Also remember there is a time when we need to pull back from others' energies as well as we need to absorb what we have been through and to allow other information to filter through to ourselves.

So, it is a balance basically and you can do it by tuning in to how you are feeling, that is they key. Slow down, stop and feel where you are at, otherwise things can build up and they need to be released or more will come up to be released and processed and will bank up if you don't release it bit by bit.

It is all about bit by bit and one step at a time, remember that.............
