Courage during 2012

Hello there,

All is going well and the tide is turning and I am seeing results health wise from pulling back from life.

I am up to the 4th A4 Pad of my book, and I am enjoying writing it so much. I estimate roughly another 12months of writing to go, it will be done when its meant to be.....

The new moon of tonight is a doozy - energy wise. The energy coming in is stirring up our souls. Like a layer of silt that has been stirred.

Dreams have been more intense as this is our subconscious releasing.

You may find that you dont feel quite right and dont know why, and our energies will be all over the place You may find that you can't pin point whats going on and that's okay. Just acknowledging this is going on will help.

What is happening is that the energy coming in is allowing us to grow and fill up with more positive light and energy, hence needing to release the old energy. And some of this energy will not be positive.

For those that need a deeper explanation: lots of old memories (and energy) will float up as they are being released. As it's being released some of it is negative energy and it can stick to us, as we are increasing the light within us.

Those who come from fear and are closed off, will be hit harder as they are blocking and not allowing things to flow. And when you come from negativity and fear, it allows negative entities and energies to attach themselves to you.

All the more reason to protect ourselves, now more than ever. Remember - you do not need to take on other peoples energies.

Come from love and it will allow it to flow out, to allow the positive energy and light to come in.

I have found that each new or full moon since just before Christmas, has brought in a wave of energy that is affecting us more and more deeply. And this will continue leading into December 2012.

So we need courage as a change is coming and it is happening now.

There is a lot of negativity out there about 2012 being doom and gloom. When it is an opportunity for us to grow, as that is why we are here as life is about lessons.

You have a choice to come from either Love or Fear.

I hope to be writing more of what is coming into our planet energetically, (if I am meant to, it will happen) as I know it helps to read and understand why we are feeling like we are and most importantly, that you are not on your own.
