Breakthrough time has come.....

Hi all,

Well with all that has happened over the last few weeks, a big shift or breakthrough has happened the last day or so.

There are more smaller shifts to come though (layer after layer......)

Insight has come and it has come in many forms.

For some it will be very noticeable. For others it may be allowing memories and realisations of what has happened in the past to just come up and be acknowledged.

It is different for everyone, depending on what your lessons in this life are and where you are at spiritually.

As we move through this year, it is important more than ever to protect your energy. As you bring in more light, the darker energies want to latch on, as they are struggling and dont want to do the work themselves. Or get in touch with their emotions and look inside themselves.

This can come in the form of others projecting their insecurities and fear onto others.

I dont say this lightly, as I only know too well personally what it feels like to have someone latch onto your energy.

Cutting negative cords and energies and putting protection around yourself takes practise.

I used to do it every now and then, but have learnt over the years to be diligent in doing this every day at least once, as it can change how you are feeling in a big way. And I have seen it time and time again when I cleanse or smudge someone and the relief they get when they have been cleansed.

It takes 21 days of doing something over and over for it to become a habit......
