4th July 2010 Why special friends are important

Close friends that you can be yourself with that take you for you and do not judge you are so precious.

I have been blessed with some special friends and even have one I've known since kindergarten, who I went through my childhood and teens and all of my life basically with and we are still close today.

I have a saying that 'women need women'. And women need to offload and share at least once a week with a close friend as it helps us to offload and come to our own conclusions with a bit of a sounding board thing happening. It's so important and for a lot of reasons.

One of those reasons is to do with the energy that is coming in that is changing the world. It is time for us to make contact with our 'spiritual families'. They can be anyone from any walk of life that you connect with and are on the same wave length with. And being around them actually lifts your energy. and most importantly that it doesn't drain you.

I have realised recently the value of my true friends and I hold them dear to my heart and so appreciate them in my life and without them I wouldn't be who I am today................
