healing

I didn't want to get out of bed this morning but had to make myself. I just wanted to rest.....

So off to soccer we went for Joseph and he scored two goals so I'm glad I made myself go, so worth it as a mum.

Then I came home and rested for a couple of hours and still felt a bit strange when I got up. I was sitting out the back thinking about having an epsom salts bath and Michael called out to me 'why don't you have an epsom salts bath?" He's good isn't he? lol

Talking about shifting, there is an energy shift going on as I am tuned into the universe's energies and felt out of sorts and could feel the energy as it's a changing energy that's coming in. As I said though, the bath helped a lot.

Michael is cooking some garlic chicken and vegies (as he cooks on the weekends, and does the groceries), so it will be most likely dinner and bed. And that is my day.

And as I say to myself at the end of every day "tomorrow is another day" and my mind beautifully switches off........
